The Kinclaven Escapes farm was purchased in early 2021 by Simone & Zane, formerly known as ‘Sasden Estate’.
The Kinclaven Escapes brand was then ultimately established thereafter to continue the short stay accommodation experience for guests that wish to stay on this wonderful secluded farm. Kinclaven Escapes is the most amazing property in a beautiful part of WA. Perfectly situated near Denmark and lots of tourist hotspots in a easy drive plus some beautiful wineries only a short distance. Zane and Simone are great hosts and their communication prior to arriving and during our stay was faultless. They even provided the nets and instructions to catch a couple of marron from their ponds, great fun and delicious for the whole family! If you want to be disconnected in your own sanctuary this is the place to stay.

It's hard not to relax in such a tranquil and picturesque setting! We stayed at KINCLAVEN for just over a week and from the moment we arrived we felt relaxed. The house is beautiful and set amongst the most amazing gardens, bushland and paddocks. The views from both decked areas went down perfectly with afternoon drinks 🙂 Location wise, the well known Singlefile winery is only a short drive away and everything you need is only a 15 minute drive into Denmark. If you're looking for somewhere to unwind and completely relax, this is the place!

Visited this little slice of heaven right on the Scotsdale tourist drive with my elderly parents for 3 nights, and we all loved it... it's a perfect place just to chill out, or to do some sight-seeing from. Guests will need to be aware that the property is accessed via unsealed roads, and you won't get a phone signal, but internet connection is great and communication with the hosts, Simone and Zane, was really easy and a delight... Absolute amazing place to stay, Highly recommended for anyone wanting to get away from the hustle & responsibilities of life.. The house itself is epic... A touch of modern with the old rustic cabin vibe & had everything & more for a comfortable & unforgettable stay... The fireplace & pizza oven were the real winners. Many thanks to the hosts for this place & the easy communication.

If you want to just get away from it all and have a peaceful stay in the outskirts of Denmark then this is a great location. We had nature walks, picked veggies from the garden and caught marron from the dams. Our dogs had an amazing time with lots of space to run and play. This property is still close enough to Denmark to enjoy the lovely winery’s , beaches and homemade chocolate delicacy’s.. Absolutely loved our stay.

What a great escape. This property was amazing to stay at. Our 2 young boys absolutely loved playing around the property and even though it rained everyday it was so picturesque!! The highlight was the master bedroom and having a bath watching that beautiful landscape.

Truly breathtaking place… the house is beautiful and the location is picturesque. The hosts were extremely hospitable and communication was 10/10. We will be back here again as soon as we can. We didn’t want to leave! Starting your day in Denmark at Kinclaven Escapes is second to none. It is not a let down to know after a day out that you are coming back to this abode. 10/10 place, 10/10 hosts.

Me, my partner and our furbaby had the most amazing stay at Kinclaven! The location is perfect- close to wineries and a short drive to the Denmark town centre and beaches. But it’s the seclusion we loved, such a big property all to ourselves! The house is extremely well-equipped, the kitchen has everything you need. Our bed was super comfy and the huge windows throughout the house were gorgeous. Catching marron to have alongside some fresh garden veggies was fantastic!
