Damage Protection Policy & Security Deposit:
An amount of $500 AUD is charged to your credit card on checkout as a Security Deposit for such circumstances as ‘malicious and or intentional damage’. Not adhering to Rental Agreement. $500 AUD Deposit to be duly Credited on Credit Card post Booking within 14 Business days post check-out on leaving property how you found it. Please also adhere to the conditions outlined in ‘Rental Agreement’ if Pets are added to your Booking
